Production & Processing Time
Our art prints are made to order to ensure gallery-quality results. Production takes 3-5 business days after your order is placed. This allows us to carefully craft each piece to our exacting standards.
Delivery Timeframes
Shipping time varies by location. Most orders within the United States arrive within 5-7 business days after production is complete.
You'll see a shipping and delivery estimate before checkout and will receive confirmation emails when:
- Your order is placed
- Your order ships (includes tracking number)
- Your order is delivered
Shipping Rates
Free Ground Shipping on all US orders of $50 or more
Orders under $50: flat rate of $15
Expedited delivery is available for an additional fee. Please contact us for expedited shipping options.
Shipping Locations
At this time, Golf Art Studios ships merchandise to:
- United States – All 50 states and U.S. territories including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands
- Canada
- Mexico
We do not currently ship to other international locations.
Order Tracking
You will receive an email when your order ships with a UPS/FedEx tracking number. You can easily track the progress of your delivery using this tracking information.
If tracking shows delivery but you haven't received your order:
- Check the tracking information provided with the carrier
- Check around your delivery location (front door, back door, mailroom, with neighbors)
- Contact the carrier directly – they may have details about the specific delivery location
- If there was a weather emergency or other unforeseen delay, the carrier will have the most current information
International Orders
Customs and Import Duties: Customs fees and import duties may be applied to international orders when the shipment reaches its destination. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and vary by country.
Please contact your local customs office for details about potential fees before placing your order.
Important: Shipping laws differ in each country. It is your responsibility to verify with your local customs office whether your country permits the shipment of these products. Golf Art Studios is not responsible for any issues arising from international shipping regulations.
Packaging & Care
Canvas Prints: Usually ship in a protective round tube to prevent damage during transit.
Framed Pieces: Carefully packaged with protective materials to ensure safe delivery.
Fine Art Paper Prints: Rolled and shipped in protective packaging.
Tip for Canvas Prints: To flatten a rolled canvas print, place it face-down on a clean surface with protective paper on top, then stack heavy, flat objects (like books) evenly across it for 24-48 hours.
Risk of Loss
The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered passes to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.
Order Modifications
Because we begin production the same day you place your order, orders cannot be canceled or modified once placed. This process ensures your piece is made to order and shipped without delay.
