Refund & Returns Policy

Our Commitment to Quality

At Golf Art Studios, we take great pride in creating gallery-quality art prints. Every piece is carefully inspected before shipping to ensure it meets our high standards.

We offer refunds or replacements if your artwork was damaged during delivery. You can return art prints within 14 days of receipt.

In the unlikely event an original painting arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days to discuss replacement options.

Eligible Returns

We accept returns for:

  • Art prints damaged during delivery
  • Defective products due to manufacturing issues
  • Incorrect items shipped

Please Note: Because each piece is custom-made to order, we cannot accept returns for buyer's remorse or change of mind on undamaged items.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item. Here's the process:

  1. Email us at leslie@golfartstudios.com with your order number
  2. Include a photo or video clip of the damaged product
  3. Once damage is confirmed, we'll email you a prepaid USPS return label
  4. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
  5. Drop off your return at any USPS location
  6. Contact us immediately after shipping so we can track your return

Important: Do not send your purchase back without prior authorization. Wait for our return instructions and prepaid label.

Refunds & Replacements

As soon as you drop off your return with USPS, contact us so we can set up a replacement or refund.

Your replacement will be sent out within 1-5 business days if the product is found to be defective or damaged.

If approved for a refund, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your credit card company — it may take time before the refund is officially posted
  3. Contact your bank — there may be processing time before a refund is posted
  4. If you've completed these steps and still haven't received your refund, contact us at leslie@golfartstudios.com

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable digital products
  • Custom or personalized artwork
  • Undamaged items past the 14-day return window

Return Shipping Costs

For damaged or defective items: We provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you.

For other approved returns: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
